The Holiday Season is upon us and it can bring up all types of feelings. Grief comes in all shapes and sizes and is not only experienced through the loss of a loved one. It has many forms and many faces finding itself throughout the many different chapters of our lives. As life will have it with its shifts and changes, we often find ourselves grieving the different versions of ourselves as we shed.
This very sacred virtual container is being held and facilitated by Jenni DeLillo & Faith Ulsh.
Jenni DeLillo is an Ordained Interfaith Minister, Priestess of the Sacred Ancient Healing Arts, ELP (End of Life Practitioner) and Musical Artist with a focus on Feminine Embodiment Practices and Healing through Conscious Grief.
Faith Ulsh, LMHC is trained in both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY. She has a private therapy practice and has also facilitated both children’s and adult’s grief and loss groups.
